Earlier this evening Company 59 assisted Edgmont Fire Company - Station 64 on a residential dwelling fire in their section of Thornbury Township. Rescue 59 responded after clearing a prior incident and arrived first. Rescue 59 found a two story single family dwelling with smoke showing. Crew from Rescue 59 places a 1 3/4" line in service to extinguish the fire in the garage. Other units from Rocky Run Fire Company - Delaware County Station 46, Chester Heights Fire Co. and Riddle Hospital EMS assisted at the scene.
