I just wanted to recognize and commend the wonderful EMS professionals, Ian and Justin, that responded to a medical call involving my mother last evening, 1/25/22. They were amazing! Their prompt response, respectful and competent care administered to my mom was just awesome. They put my mom at ease immediately and were so kind. Their medical expertise was excellent and they were also so comforting.
Thank you so much for your amazing care. We are so grateful and you are so appreciated!
Best,

Saturday 7/25/20 at approximately 7:15-7:30, a nun in our dinner party lost consciousness as she got into my car to leave. 911 was called and your response was about 5 min. The professionalism and care administered to my friend, Sr. Mary CarboySSJ, was very comforting at a very panicked time. I wish I could remember names but the blond woman paramedic who graduated from Carroll was exceptional. My gratitude to the young men and paramedic who served with such care. It was so nice to feel that in a world so lacking today. It will be remembered. Prayer for all of you whose kindness was needed and tangible.

Wanted to Express my appreciation to the EMT's (Doug and Dave, I think) who rushed me to Riddle last Friday morning. They made a very scary situation much easier to deal with and were thoroughly professional while not losing their sense of humor, this last truly a plus for me! Thanks again guys...you may have saved my life!

I returned from vacation to find all my fire alarms blaring. With no fire or smoke , I was not sure what might be the cause. Just to be err in the side of caution , I called the fire dept. They were at my door stop in no time. The guys were extremely professional , courteous and polite. They found the issue and gave me a few tips.
Hello CFPA! It was nice meeting with all of you back in January. I enjoyed browsing your website. Keep up the great work!

I wish to compliment the good service I experienced with the CFPA fire crew on Friday 21 March 2014. It was the first time I felt I needed to call 911 for a fire as I had smoke in the house with no clear source, it did not see a DIY sort of event! The crew came quickly and thoroughly examined the situation, fully deactivating it before it got out of control. They were all fine gentlemen, polite and considerate. Thanks for putting my mind at ease!
