On Sunday Evening February 21st Concordville Fire Company was dispatched to a building fire with reported smoke in a bedroom. upon arrival 59-9 confirmed a smoke condition in the building. 59-2 dropped a 5 inch supply line from the road way to the building and led off with an inch and three quarter hand line. Crews from 59-2 searched the dwelling and found the source was a portable space heater that was not operating but plugged in. the outlet was burned, the walls were opened to insure no extension. the crews were on the scene for approximately 35 minutes.
