Concordville Fire Company assisted with Senator Tom Killion's annual Kids Fun Fair again this year. This event was located at the BYC Field House located on the grounds of the Concord Township Building on Thornton Road. Concordville Fire Company's MICU 59 a Paramedic Ambulance staffed by Riddle Hospital Paramedics and EMTs as well as Concordville's Engine 592. were available for children and their families to tour. In addition to the fire company, Pennsylvania State Police, Delaware County Sheriffs Office, Chester City Fire Prevention unit which brought a smoke trailer for the children to experience smoke conditions for safe exiting in the event of an actual fire. Delaware County Emergency Communications van was aslo on site to be toured by the families attending the event.
