Friday morning just before 02:30am Company 59 along with Engine companies from Bethel and Chester Heights, Truck Company from Rocky Run and Rapid Intervention Team from Media were alerted for a reported building fire.

Assistant 59A, Engine 59 and Tower Ladder 59 arrived to find a large garage well involved with exposure to the home. Crews placed several hand lines in service to keep the fire from spreading into the home.

Additional units from Upper Chichester, Brookhaven, Holmes and Darby (the last 3 were originally dispatched to cover our local and were called into the scene) assisted with additional personal due to the weather. Good Fellowship Rehab Unit and Boothwyn EMS responded as well to the fire ground.

Thanks to Springfield and Clifton Heights Fire Companies for covering our local while we were out. Fire is under investigation by PSP and Concord Township Fire Marshals.

Pictures credited to the original photographers, thank you for the use of them.
