Monday evening just at 7:30pm Company 59 was dispatched for a reported motor vehicle accident with fire. Units arrived to find a two vehicle accident with one vehicle fully involved blocking the roadway. Rescue 59 arrived and placed a handline into service to extinguish the fire. Ems checked both the drivers and found no injuries. Units were clear from the scene in just over an hour.
Thanks you to Goshen EMS Ambulance 56 and Good Fellowship Medic 55 who came upon the accident prior to our arrival and blocked traffic and started checking for injuries.
