Working Structure Fire in Concord Township

Shortly after 9pm the box assignment was dispatched to the area of Brinton Lake and Baltimore Pike for a reported commercial building fire. As units were responding Delaware County Fireboard was advising they were getting calls of a fully involved building in the area of Duffers Pub. Units from 66, 46 and 59 arrived and found a 2 story commercial vacant building with fire through the roof. Additional units from 71 and Chester County 25 along with Rapid Intervention Teams from 23 and 43 assisted in extinguishment and overhaul. Units operated for over 3 hours. Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal and Canteen 47 also responded. Brookhaven Fire Company covered our station while units operated at this fire.
