On Tuesday evening company 59 was dispatched to a vehicle accident at Concord Road and Cheyney Road with suspected entrapment. 59 units arrived to find a small work truck off the roadway and resting on its side. After stabilizing the vehicle it was checked for occupants and found to be empty. Company 59 was assisted by Company 71 Chester Heights. Units were in service approximately one hour & half while tow company removed the truck.
